MISS WORLD SOUTH AFRICA RETURNS FOR THE SECOND TIME
The Miss World South Africa competition is set to make a comeback for the second time. Carol Bouwer, who is the president and license owner of the pageant, says the competition’s objectives are empowerment, leadership and purpose-driven young women.
